Twisted Missy's does NOT accept any returns or refunds on custom or made to order items, unless it is the fault of the seller such as wrong color, style or design.

Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences.

If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

After the 5 days, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges and or refunds. PRODUCTS must be unused.

Please contact twistedmissys@hotmail.com before you ship your item for approval. If the order was our mistake, we will send a return label via email.

This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place. Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product.

Twisted Missy's is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.

Twisted Missy's cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times. Twisted Missy's does not guarantee shipping time via our carries.

Delays can and may occur.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL (Store Credit is an option) We urge you to please refer to sizing measurements in the item description prior to ordering.
